End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and Lakshana Technologies Private Limited. It governs your use of our proprietary software, including Modular ERP systems, applications, and AI Training Portals.

1. Grant of License

Subject to these terms, Lakshana Technologies grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our software solely for your internal business purposes:

• Scope: This license applies to all backend modules and schema implementations provided by Lakshana.
• Restriction: This license is tied to your authorized account and specific hardware verified via our Device Fingerprinting protocols.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

The software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the software—including all **AI model weights**, **source code**, and **UI/UX designs**—remain with Lakshana:

• Confidentiality: You agree to keep our proprietary logic and architectural structures confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
• Non-Transfer: You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software or any portion of its architectural DNA.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You specifically agree not to:

• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to bypass security protocols, including our device whitelisting and server firewalls.
• Model Extraction: Use automated tools to scrape or "reverse-train" against our autonomous AI intelligence models.
• Decompilation: Attempt to extract the source code from our compiled.

4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lakshana Technologies shall not be liable for any data loss, financial loss, or system downtime resulting from use of the software.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
