These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lakshana Technologies Private Limited. By accessing our Innovation Lab, enrolling in the Intelligence Academy, or utilizing our Modular ERP solutions, you agree to comply with these professional standards.
1. Intellectual Property & Architectural Integrity
All software architectures, source code, neural network models, and proprietary frameworks developed by Lakshana remain the exclusive property of the firm:
- Proprietary Logic: All .NET 10 backend structures and L3-certified kernels are protected under international copyright law.
- Usage License: Unless otherwise specified in a Master Service Agreement (MSA), software is licensed, not sold, for specific enterprise use.
- Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract AI model logic from our production environments is strictly prohibited.
2. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Deployment
We provide high-concurrency systems engineered for global scale:
- System Uptime: We target 99.9% availability for hosted ERP and Fintech environments, excluding scheduled maintenance.
- Device Security: Usage of our systems requires adherence to our Device Fingerprinting protocols. Unauthorized hardware access will result in immediate session termination.
3. Intelligence Academy & Training
Engagement with our EdTech modules is subject to the following:
- Content Access: Training materials are for individual professional development and cannot be redistributed or used for unauthorized corporate training.
- Performance Data: We utilize AI to track coding performance to optimize your learning path.
4. Liability & Risk Mitigation
Lakshana Technologies leverages 11 years of architectural mastery to mitigate risk:
- Limitation of Liability: Lakshana is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party cloud infrastructure failures (AWS/Azure/Cloudflare).
- Fintech Compliance: While we works on L3-certificate, end-users must ensure their specific business logic meets local regulatory banking requirements.
5. Termination & Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
