At Lakshana Technologies Private Limited, we strive for 100% satisfaction in our AI-driven software solutions and technical training. This policy outlines our standard operating procedures for transaction reversals and service terminations.
1. Intelligence Academy (Training & Courses)
We provide deep technical training to bridge the AI talent gap. Refunds for Academy enrollments are governed by the following:
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your enrollment within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no proprietary training modules have been accessed.
- Partial Consumption: No refunds will be issued once more than 10% of the course content or the "Intelligence Academy" portal modules have been utilized.
- Academy Credits: At our discretion, we may offer a credit for future training modules in lieu of a cash refund for mid-course cancellations.
2. B2B Software Solutions (ERP & Fintech)
Our Modular ERP and apps involve high-tier engineering and specific deployment costs:
- Customization Costs: Payments made toward architectural customization, initial environment setup, or schema design are strictly non-refundable.
- Subscription Termination: Ongoing SaaS or licensing subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Refund of prepaid annual fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus a 15% administrative processing fee.
3. General Refund Mechanics
Standard protocols for all financial reversals:
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- TDS & GST: Any statutory deductions like TDS or GST already remitted to the government will be adjusted as per the prevailing Indian Tax Laws.
