Service-Based Engagements

As we primarily provide IT services, software development, and consulting solutions, payments made for services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Cancellations

  • If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a full refund may be issued (excluding any administrative or processing fees).
  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the stage of completion and resources allocated.
  • No refunds will be issued once a project has been delivered or completed.

Training & Events

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled training/event are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
