Lakshana Technologies Private Limited ("Lakshana", "we", "us") operates as an AI-First engineering firm. This policy governs data processing across our Innovation Lab, Intelligence Academy, and Modular ERP ecosystems.
1. Regulatory Framework & Compliance
Our data processing operations are anchored in three primary frameworks:
- DPDPA (India): We act as a Data Fiduciary for Indian residents, ensuring "Notice and Consent" for all personal data collection.
- GDPR (EU/Global): We enforce strict "Right to Erasure" and "Data Portability" for global users interacting with our AI models.
- PCI/DSS (Fintech): All payment-related data within our L3-certified kernels is encrypted and handled under strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
2. Data Collection Protocols
We collect only the telemetry and identity data required for architectural integrity:
- Sensitive Personal Data: Encrypted financial identifiers for L3 payment processing.
- Hardware Intelligence: Device Fingerprinting data (IP, MAC, OS) to whitelist official hardware and prevent unauthorized server access.
